  • CANCELLATION


  • Due to personalized nature, order once placed can not be cancelled for customized jewellery. 
  • All sales are FINAL and no cancellation is accepted.
  • Incorrect/ incomplete/ not found address/ unaccepted parcels/ change of mind/ purchased by mistake will not be eligible for cancellation, refunds and returns.


RETURNS/ REFUNDS


Personalized/ custom orders:


  • Returns are considered only if there has been an error of sending wrong item, wrong impressions which I will be more than happy to correct.
  • Refunds are not eligible but a new product will me made and shipped once the wrong item is received at out studio.
  • Refunds will not be possible if the item(s) is altered in any ways. Items are to be sent within one day after receiving with original packaging, labels, tags and free gifts via reliable carriers who provide tracking to qualify for replacement. Please mention 'return product' on the package.


Ready made orders:


  1. Returns are NOT accepted of earrings and nose pins for hygienic reasons.
  2. Each item is thoroughly inspected, checked before packaging for shipping. Due to human error, should there be any wrong item received, we will require a full 360 degree unpacking video as a proof to initiate refund. 
  3. Items are to be sent within one day after receiving with original packaging, labels, tags, free gifts via reliable carriers who provide tracking to qualify for refund.
  4. The buyer will solely bear all the return shipping costs, taxes, duties, handling charges etc. of returning the item(s). Refunds will not be possible if the item(s) is altered in any ways. Please mention 'return product' on the package.
  5. Incorrect/ incomplete/ not found address/ unaccepted/ unclaimed packages will not be eligible for refunds/ returns whatsoever the reason.
  6. Should the returned parcel is to be reshipped, buyer will need to pay the shipping charges in full whatever amount will be calculated at the time of rebooking in addition to the RTO charges which were paid by us.
  7. Refunds are not done for any RTO (return to origin) packages.
  8. Buyer must have/obtain prior knowledge about using (to be) purchased products/supplies before purchasing. Lack of knowledge/ skill/inability to use/ operate any product purchased from this website, will not be considered as a reason for return and refund.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+a5eb40c76cd748f0b43342f5dec5d389@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
